Site Project Coordinator

Job Summary

AX Construction is looking for a Site Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in the management of civil construction and turnkey projects and to help implementation of project goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely execution
  • Inspect works and checking compliance with design and specifications
  • Liaise with construction managers, architects and clients
  • Assist in procurement of materials
  • Filing and distribution of all related reports and documentation
  • Organize progress meeting, take and disseminate minutes
  • Monitor progress and reporting to the Project Manager
  • Work between office and construction site
  • Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering / architecture, the contract management, or related fields will be preferred
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in the construction / building industry
  • Ability and desire to work collaborative to ensure successful project execution
  • Highly organized, motivated and detail oriented to ensure projects proceed efficiently and effectively    
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Be conversant in the use of AutoCAD, EXEL, Word and Power Point.
  • Be in possession of a valid driving licence
