Job Summary

AX Hotels-Sliema and Valletta properties are looking for a Receiving Clerk/Storekeeper. The role’s primary responsibilities include receiving, inspecting and recording delivery of raw material or products, checking their contents, to ensuring relevance to the orders made.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the receiving of goods by controlling quantity, weight and prices.
  • Store all goods received appropriately. 
  • Drive and handle goods/food items from one hotel to the other.
  • Handle receiving of goods at both Sliema and Valletta properties, at different times. 
  • Control and direct any suppliers or visitors coming to the premises.
  • Maintain high levels of order and cleanliness in our receiving bay and stores.

Requirements:

  • A good standard level of education
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar position
  • Well organized
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid Maltese driving licence
  • Computer literate
