Job Summary 

Ensures quality guest service satisfaction in a professional and friendly manner by greeting and thanking guests for dining in our outlets; operates and maintains guest reservations; assists team members as needed or requested.


  • Review reservation book daily
  • Greet guests and seats them at tables or in waiting areas
  • Maintain control of the seating and wait times
  • Clean and maintain Host station
  • Provide general assistance for guests and employees
  • Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
  • Thank guests as they are leaving
  • Answer restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation
  • Reset tables after guests leave


  • Has excellent communication skills 
  • Be able to speal fluent English language
  • Smart in appearance 
  • Be flexible regarding working hours and able to work during weekends
  • Willing to go the extra mile and be committed to ensure that guests receive a pleasant and efficient service 
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset  
  • Knowledge of Micros will be considered an asset
