First and foremost, the fact that I can interact with people. I take pride in supporting our employees in any way I can, whether it’s being a friendly ear they can talk to or providing information and guidance to help them progress in their careers within the Group. Being able to make a difference in people’s lives gives me the most satisfaction.
I’ve been with the company for almost 15 years now. Its hugely rewarding to look back and see how far the company has come.
My personal statement is to strive and commit to achieving business results by providing high-quality support to the management and teams. It’s also gratifying when you see colleagues reach their potential through the opportunities the Group provides.

I enjoy working with people, identifying their talent, and helping them explore it. My role involves ensuring that the company attracts the best talent and to guide the candidates we meet to make the right choice when joining us. It is a matchmaking process that requires a lot of preparation, focus, and an eye for detail to achieve success. It is extremely satisfying to see people growing within the Group and fulfilling their dreams.
