What motivated you to embark on this learning journey?
To improve my skills, apply them in my daily work, and achieve better results. After working in paid ads and marketing for over 14 years, I know how quickly things change. This learning journey was important because it allowed me to stay up to date and scale my results, something that’s crucial for me to keep doing my best work every day.

What is one key insight or skill you gained from this course that you’re most excited to apply in your role?
The customer journey. It’s a reminder that a marketing campaign is more than just running ads. Before you start, you need a good plan, clear goals and strong offers. You have to truly understand the audience you want to reach.

Once you have that understanding, you can take a potential client on a journey with you. By applying different strategies at different times, you can ensure you’re delivering the best product and service possible, all the way until they become a client. This shows that understanding both your product and your audience is the most important part of the process.

How did this learning experience, supported by AX Academy, inspire or challenge you on your personal growth journey?
This experience was both a challenge and an inspiration. The biggest challenge was finding the time to pause and become a student again. After working for a while, it’s easy to forget how to really focus and learn, so that process itself was a valuable lesson.

The knowledge I gained from experts was truly inspiring. The next challenge is to put it all into practice, and I feel positive about this as I see many opportunities within AX Group to apply what I’ve learned.

I’m grateful for this chance. Having the time to sit down and learn more is definitely beneficial for my career. It’s a great reminder that it’s always important to keep learning, no matter what your job is.
