Wellness F&B Host

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Wellness F&B Host to join our team at the Verdala Wellness Hotel - AX Privilege. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience that complements their wellness journey. You will greet and seat guests, take orders, and assist with food and beverage service, focusing on health and wellness-oriented options. The candidate will also be required to assist the hotel F&B Service team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a calm and professional manner, maintaining a relaxing atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders, offering wellness-focused options like healthy meals, smoothies, and teas.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of wellness dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the wellness team to ensure smooth service and alignment with guests’ wellness needs.
• Assist the hotel food and beverage service team when required, ensuring seamless service across all areas.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and wellness.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced, serene environment.
• A keen understanding of wellness concepts, including nutrition and holistic health.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment and/or a Forbes Travel Guide-rated establishment is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
