Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary

AX Hotels Sliema properties are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The main responsibilities of the role include providing functional assistance and direction to the housekeeping staff to ensure smooth running of the department's daily operation.

​Responsibilities

• Communication with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the total hotel operation.
• Train, coach and inspect guest rooms and other housekeeping tasks.
• Responsible for clear procedures in order to facilitate their replacement during absence.
• Responsible for valuables and equipment in the housekeeping department and pantries.

Requirements

• A good standard of education.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English language
• Previous working experience on this field.
• Able to work on their own initiative and take decisions when not supervised.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Possess leadership and training skills and be able to motivate and train a team of co-worker
