Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to take ownership of our Copperfields restaurant at AX The Victoria Hotel. This role focuses on revitalising the outlet by ensuring consistent service and enhancing guest satisfaction. The supervisor will supervise day-to-day operations, focusing on breakfast, Sunday lunch and dinner (when open).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences
• Ensure smooth operations during breakfast, Sunday lunch, and high-demand meal periods
• Maintain and improve service standards to restore the outlet’s reputation
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless half-board guest service
• Train and support staff to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Address guest feedback promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Customer care approach
• Excellent level of English
• Knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset
• Computer literate
• Self confident and very well organised
• Able to manage a team with minimum supervision
• Experience in buffet and a la carte service
• Training skills
