Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team at AX Care. The ideal candidate must be a conceptual thinker with superb organisational and time management skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead and inspire a team, implement effective HR strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day function of the Human Resources department.
- Ensure that all HR processes are well maintained, with all employees’ records being updated accordingly and timely.
- Oversee the payroll operations.
- Monitor departmental rostering and ensure adhering to budgets.
- Nurture positive working relationships with the various departmental managers and staff members.
- Actively participated in all processes related to improving the productivity of the employees.
- Assess employees’ development needs to drive training initiatives and identify and organise suitable training solutions.
- Conduct annual assessment in relation with the employees’ training and development needs.
- Train and coach managers, supervisors and other staff members who are involved in the employees’ development efforts.
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organisation.
- Perform duty management tasks according to a predetermined schedule.
- Perform any other assignment/task required by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality/hotel environment.
- Successfully completed an Employment Law course
- Certification in the HR field will be considered an asset
- Ability to multitask and аdapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent conflict management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A people person who possesses solid understanding of employee relationships and hotel operational requirements
- A well organised, discrete, trustworthy professional who is able to handle business information with confidence.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English language

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working experience with business intelligence tools would be an considered an asset.
