Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
• Performing cashiering duties and taking care of daily cash reconciliations.
• Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
• Assist and complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Reviewing and posting payments received from clients.
• Assist the credit control function for payment chasing.
• Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
• Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
• Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
• Assist with year-end audit requests.
• Perform general office support like filing and any other administrative tasks which may arise.

Requirements:

• Capable to work on own initiative
• Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English language
• Advanced level of accounting or an equivalent accounting course
