Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven marketing leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and alignment across teams. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative input, and operational efficiency to drive marketing initiatives in line with the AX Group’s vision.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinate across marketing managers, executives, coordinators, and creative teams in various units to ensure all efforts are aligned with broader objectives
- Provide assistance to the Head of Marketing, ensuring that all marketing activities are cohesive and align with the Group’s overall vision
- Collaborate with marketing managers and creative teams to ensure that strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans for the department
- Actively contribute creative ideas to campaigns, brand strategies, and promotional activities, ensuring high-quality, innovative content
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure that marketing materials are engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicate key messages
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards
- Support marketing managers with strategic decision-making and assign the right prioritisation to different projects and jobs
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between marketing, creative teams, and other departments
- Review and approve marketing materials to ensure they align with brand guidelines, resonate with the right audiences and objectives
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that engage target the right audiences and drive business growth
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and collaboration
- Ensure that marketing projects are effectively maintained within budget scope and are delivered on time, while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Drive continuous improvement in the marketing department by refining processes, implementing new systems and ensuring best practices are followed
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a middle-management marketing role, with a focus on both creative and operational management
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, from ideation to execution
- Strong creative background with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to marketing campaigns
- Proven project management capabilities to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently and on time
- Experience in leading and motivating a team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Degree in Communications, Visual Arts, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
- Candidates should outline any specialist courses in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Design, Copywriting, Audiovisual, or Project Management, as these will be considered a plus
- Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operations and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
- Project management capabilities to ensure a smooth operation and timely execution
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with integrated marketing strategies and a keen understanding of consumer behaviour
