Job Summary
AX Group is seeking a Front Office Administrator to be the central point of contact at AX Business Centre. Committed to delivering excellence, the Front Office Administrator will provide a welcoming and efficient service to customers. This role includes overseeing office upkeep, supervising the housekeeping team, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring the building's security.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Notify relevant company personnel upon visitors' arrival.
- Operate the security and telecommunications system efficiently.
- Assist visitors by addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately, following standard telephone procedures.
- Maintain and update employee and department directories to ensure seamless visitor guidance.
- Enforce security protocols by advising on company procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and ensuring compliance with sign-in protocols.
- Guide visitors on car park usage and access.
- Maintain a clean and safe reception area in line with Health and Safety regulations.
- Implement environmentally friendly initiatives within the office environment.
- Support team efficiency by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
- Manage meeting room availability, upkeep, housekeeping needs, and refreshment arrangements.
- Prepare daily housekeeping schedules and conduct spot checks to ensure quality standards.
- Perform any other duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanour.
- Mature, well-presented, and professional in appearance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
