Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced and responsible Heavy Vehicle Drivers to join our team. The role involves ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of goods to various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy construction vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and any other deliveries from construction stores to sites.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Load and unload materials or equipment using appropriate machinery or manual methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks on the assigned vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, and employees on site.
• Assist the storekeeper with the preparation of deliveries when needed.
• Assist site supervisors according to the operational needs.
• Refuel, clean, and perform basic maintenance on vehicles.
• Perform any other tasks which might be assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license with appropriate endorsements for heavy vehicles.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a heavy vehicle driver.
• Ability to communicate well in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to work in the construction environment.
