Site/Project Manager

Job Summary

AX Construction is seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee material transportation, storage, and facility upkeep, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects, enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and manage site documentation.
• Allocate labour, equipment, and materials efficiently while tracking usage, optimizing costs, and preventing shortages.
• Implement schedules, track progress, distribute updated drawings, and resolve discrepancies between plans and site conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve site-related challenges.
• Prepare technical drawings, support emergency response planning, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in site or project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in English language
• Strong understanding of construction methods, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in resource planning and cost management.
• Good knowledge of local building methods and regulations.
