Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bartender to join our team at our Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in both food service and barista skills, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The chosen candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality service, maintaining restaurant standards, and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and restock as necessary.
• Provide recommendations and pairings to complement menu items.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks to high-quality standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and other brewing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
• Engage with guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Customize drinks based on customer preferences and dietary needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender and/or barista in a quality-driven hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of mixology, specialty coffee preparation, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food handling certification and licence is required
