We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help us tell our story and bring our vision to life.
As our Marketing Executive, you will be the voice behind our brands, crafting and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that captivate, engage, and inspire. Your mission? To build brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive business growth—all while honouring the compassionate spirit of our care services.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for promotional scope – producing own photos, videos, artworks for the brands’ channels and media.
- Plan, create, implement and manage marketing campaigns across online (digital, social media, websites) and offline channels (on premise, TV, outdoor, publications, events) aligned with AX Care’s business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Create content calendars for the brands’ website and social media channels ensuring creative content at all times.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, including AX premises such as onsite screens, noticeboards, internal communications and signage.
- Foster relationships with operational team at Hilltop Gardens, whilst liaising with central team at Head Office on a regular basis. Support operational teams with marketing services for successful marketing execution.
- Reach out to external collaborators to enhance brand awareness and brand reach.
- Actively manage customer engagement through social media and other communication channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Arts or a related field.
- Additional Marketing-related courses or certifications will be considered an asset.
- Ideally, at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a creative approach.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Word Press, Social Media Scheduling, Task, Project Management tools)
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
