Pool Attendant

Job Summary

Revive Physiotherapy and Aquatic Centre at Hilltop Gardens is seeking a responsible and proactive Pool Attendant. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, cleanliness, and efficient operation of the pool area while providing excellent customer service to all users.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all activities within the pool area, ensuring strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Enforce facility policies and maintain a safe environment for all users.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, water, restrooms, and changing facilities.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment after use.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and clients.
• Assist in coordinating activities such as sports recovery sessions.
• Provide optimal service to all pool users, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Prepare equipment for various classes and activities.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of pool equipment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Basic First Aid and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is an asset.
