Telephone Operator

Job Summary

AX Hotels Sliema is looking for a Telephone Operator. The primary responsibilities of the role are answering calls, directing calls, and assisting guests by providing required information.

Responsibilities:

• To answer calls as per hotel’s operating standards
• Direct calls
• Handle F&B bookings and in house guest requests
• Meet guest requirements
• Handle Telephone complaints to a high degree of efficiency

Requirements:

• Customers are approach
• Clear speech and tone of voicer
• Excellent level of English
• Knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate
• Self confident and very well organized
