Job Summary
AX Group is looking for an Assistant to the Construction and Development Director. The successful will be involved in business administration, project, and executive support areas related to the Construction, Development, and Real Estate business operations of the AX Group.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing business analyses and reports.
- Preparing Board papers and reports.
- Preparing internal and external communication and presentations using Microsoft Office software and other suitable software.
- Attending meetings to keep minutes and ensuring follow-up action in a timely and structured manner.
- Liaise with Directors, management, employees, and other internal stakeholders, as well as interact with clients and other external partners.
- Expected to build positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling office management duties.
- Provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Administration or similar qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent organization abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work on own initiative within a team environment.
- Be conversant with Microsoft Office Software.
- Fluent in both the Maltese and English languages.
