Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent through various channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals and ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
- Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Continuously grow their network and focus on relationship-building with potential candidate communities.
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices, and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Requirements:
- 4+ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role
- Fluent in both Maltese and English
- A good level of education
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficiency with CV databases, and professional networks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a flexible manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software will be considered an asset
- The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with a great passion for talent identification and development. Quick thinking, alertness, and willingness to learn and work closely with various departments are very important attributes of this role.
