The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and possess a creative mindset combined with strong analytical skills. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement a sound brand and marketing strategy for Verdala Wellness Hotel.
- Ensure that there is a clear and distinct hotel's unique value proposition to captivate and resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, seamlessly integrating digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure a unified brand experience.
- Craft compelling and consistent brand messaging, maintaining alignment with the established brand identity.
- Develop and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring uniformity across all communication materials.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of brand initiatives.
- Proactively address potential brand challenges and crises, safeguarding and enhancing the hotel's reputation.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, collaborators, and brands that align with the hotel's ethos.
- Infuse the brand essence into all aspects of the guest experience, enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, optimizing allocation for maximum brand impact.
- Act as a passionate and articulate ambassador for Verdala Wellness Hotel, both internally and externally.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regularly reassessing and refining brand strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:

- Proficiency in using marketing tools, software, and platforms including design tools such as Adobe Suite.
