As a Chef de Rang, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, where you will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold high standards of service, and contribute to the success of the restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent service, from guest seating to food and beverage presentation, in line with Michelin-star standards.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and wine list to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of dishes and beverages.
- Ensuring tables are impeccably set and the station is organized.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, delivering an exceptional and personalized dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area during and after service.
- Mentor and guide junior team members when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, service sequences, and guest engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Passionate about hospitality, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure as part of a team.
