Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and results-driven Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all events hosted at AX Care properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor events accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and detailed function sheets.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct site inspections and client walkthroughs.
- Supervise event setup and breakdown, ensuring standards are met.
- Handle any issues or emergencies during events with professionalism and efficiency.
- Track and analyze event performance for continuous improvement.
- Perform Duty Manager responsibilities when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Events Management, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Proficient in English language
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning/coordination
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
