Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and taste to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in good working condition.
• Follow established drink preparation protocols and service procedures, ensuring efficiency during service and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
• Conduct routine checks of the bar area to ensure it remains tidy, organised, and inviting for guests.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink options based on guest preferences, creating a tailored and enjoyable experience.
• Report any shortages in supplies or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the bar area, including proper handling of glassware and ingredients.
• Address guest requests and concerns related to beverages in a courteous and timely manner, aiming to enhance their overall experience.
• Monitor guest feedback related to drinks and service and suggest improvements to maintain high standards of service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and health-oriented beverage options, along with mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment and/or a high-quality outlet.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the same position is required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
