Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all front office operations, including reception, guest services, and concierge
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and manage room availability, occupancy, and rates in coordination with the reservations team
- Lead, train, and motivate front office and concierge staff; schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures, including Forbes standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Oversee cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and guest folio management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the Front Office in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in hotel management systems
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
