Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This is one of the exciting jobs in Malta where you’ll be responsible for creating visual content for digital and print, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and branding assets.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-impact visuals for marketing campaigns across digital and print media.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and hotel operations to bring campaigns to life.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) while staying ahead with the latest AI and design tools.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and reinforces our brand identity.
• Conceptualize and execute original ideas that resonate with our target audiences.
• Contribute to content creation supporting audio-visual needs, including phone photography and videography.
• Adapt designs for various platforms such as social media, signage, video, web, and print.
• Manage asset libraries and organize design files for easy access and efficient workflow.
• Liaise with suppliers on design-related projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay up to date with current design trends and apply them creatively to enhance our visual presence

Requirements:

• A degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Media Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere); animation or motion design skills are a plus
• Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and composition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to accept feedback constructively and adapt accordingly
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with the latest design trends and tools
