Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping employees.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle inventory and requisition of cleaning supplies.
• Address and resolve guest concerns regarding room cleanliness.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on resolutions.

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English
• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
• Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance
• Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
