Food and Beverage Operative

Job Summary 

Hilltop Gardens Retirement Village is looking for a Food and Beverage Operative.  

Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and host guests  
• Preparation of drinks and taking orders
• Ensure a consistently high standard of service
• Be efficient, caring and friendly in all communications  with guests and colleagues
• Forward any suggestions which will help the department move forward
• Ensure that the proper hygiene standards are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good Food and Beverage background, with a minimum of 2 years of experience 
• Willing to go the extra mile and be committed to ensure that guests/clients receive a pleasant, efficient and high level of service
• Good command of English
• Food Handling Certificate
