Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary

Join the AX Hotels team and take the lead in managing and elevating our Food & Beverage operations in Qawra. We’re seeking an experienced and driven professional to oversee multiple outlets, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue growth through operational excellence and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring consistent quality, service standards, and brand alignment.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability through strategic cost control and menu development.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of over 140 employees, promoting engagement and professional growth.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Events, Sales & Marketing to deliver seamless experiences and maximize revenue.
• Introduce new concepts, promotions, and partnerships to strengthen brand positioning.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role within a hotel or resort.
• Related qualification in Hospitality Management or a similar field.
• Proven track record in leadership, financial management, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
