In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in promoting our products, brands, and services by creating impactful marketing campaigns and projects that reflect the latest trends and effectively engage our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and produce visual designs (logos, websites, marketing materials).
• Work closely with Marketing and senior management to understand project goals.
• Design for both print and digital platforms (business cards, social media, brochures, banners, websites, menus).
• Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) proficiently.
• Apply typography, layout, and color theory to maintain brand consistency.
• Create custom illustrations and icons as needed.
• Edit photos and create visual effects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques.
• Collaborate across teams for cohesive designs and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactively suggest new ideas and translate content into engaging visuals.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven graphic design experience and a willingness to learn. 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Experience identifying target audiences and leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, colours, typography, patterns).
• Comfortable working with metrics and spreadsheets.
• Creative communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Efficient, timely work habits.
