Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support campaign planning and execution across digital and offline channels. You will help turn data-driven insights into effective campaigns, coordinate events, and ensure our brand assets and calendars are impeccably maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing and advertising campaigns, keeping calendars and deliverables up to date.
- Compile, analyse and summarise sales and campaign performance data to produce clear marketing reports.
- Maintain promotional materials and digital assets; liaise with creative teams to brief, track and verify deliveries.
- Assist with content creation for graphics, blogs and social media posts aligned to brand guidelines.
- Track product line sales and campaign costs; monitor budgets versus plans and forecasts.
- Research competitors and market trends; maintain research databases to inform positioning and pricing.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, trade shows and marketing events including schedules, assignments and mailing lists.
- Support the sales team with market insights, forecasts and new product information.
Requirements:
- Education: BSc/MSc in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrable marketing experience with the curiosity and attitude to learn.
- Proven ability to identify target audiences and lead engaging, cross-channel campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience setting up and optimising Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns.
- Numerically literate; comfortable interpreting metrics and working in spreadsheets.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for concise, compelling copy.
- Up to date with online marketing trends and measurement best practices.
