Pool Attendant

Job Summary

AX Care is seeking a friendly and attentive Pool Attendant on a part-time basis to ensure residents and guests enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and safety while delivering courteous and proactive service throughout the pool areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain pool areas, ensuring pools, loungers, umbrellas, showers, and facilities are clean, tidy, and ready for use.
• Provide attentive guest support, including assistance with loungers, umbrellas, and general poolside needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool decks and surrounding areas, regularly clearing bottles, cups, and waste.
  Monitor the pool area continuously to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and prompt assistance when required.
• Ensure all lifesaving and safety equipment is in place and report any concerns immediately.
• Liaise with restaurant teams to support food and beverage service around the pool area.
• Follow cleaning schedules, including routine deep cleaning and power washing of pool areas.
• Ensure pool areas are properly closed and secured at the end of each shift.
• Carry out other operational duties as required.
