Food and Beverage Operative

Job Summary

As a Food and Beverage Service Operative, you will be at the heart of our guest journey, delivering warm, professional, and engaging service across all food and beverage outlets. The role supports the seamless coordination of daily operations while consistently upholding AX ODYCY’ s service standards and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high‑quality, guest‑focused food and beverage service across all outlets
• Maintain service standards in line with AX ODYCY and industry expectations
• Support daily F&B operations in collaboration with other hotel departments
• Ensure a consistently positive and memorable dining experience for guests
• Undertake additional duties to support operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage service, including hotel operations and banqueting
• Guest‑oriented with a strong service mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Fluent in English
• Organised, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure
• A professional, courteous team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Currently residing in Malta and eligible to work
