Physiotherapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ physical conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and supporting their recovery and long-term mobility. This role requires excellent clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare or wellness setting.

​Responsibilities:

• Identify and enhance movement to improve patients' overall health and well-being.
  
• Treat a variety of conditions suc as neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
  
• Guide and motivate patients through rehabilitation exercises, hands-on therapy and patient education.
  
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
  
• Instruct patients in safe movement techniques and proper body mechanics.
• Promote overall health and wellness by advising individuals on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle practices.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT).
• Valid physiotherapy license/registration with CPCM.
• 1-2 years of experience in physiotherapy.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, movement science, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients.
  
• Good manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
• Patient-centered communication and empathy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Time management and documentation accuracy.
