Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Events Executive to join our team at Hilltop Gardens Retirement Village. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and hands-on coordination to deliver successful events from initial enquiry through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert sales leads for events, conferences, and corporate functions
- Respond to enquiries, conduct site visits, and prepare tailored proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat clients
- Coordinate all event logistics, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
- Manage event budgets and contracts
- Oversee events on the day to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Update systems, reports, and follow up with clients post-event
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in sales and/or events (hospitality exposure is an asset)
- MQF Level 5 or higher
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
- Well organised, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when require
