QA / QC Controller

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced QA / QC Controller to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• To carry out consistent and rigorous quality checks on documents.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and practical application of internal QA/QC standards and procedures across construction projects.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and client quality requirements.
• Identify quality issues and non conformances and support site teams in implementing corrective and preventative actions.
• Work closely with site teams, supervisors and subcontractors to promote quality awareness and good workmanship.
• Assist in reducing defects and rework by ensuring works are executed in inline with established benchmarks.
• Support audits, inspections and reporting related to quality performance where required.

Requirements

• 2-3 years prior experience in quality assurance or quality control, ideally within the construction sector.
• Multi-tasking, self motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Have good practical organisational skills, planning of resources and programme scheduling.
• Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports on current activities.
• IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. 
• Demonstrable experience in construction contracts.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• A good communicator and motivator with the ability to communicate across all levels..
