Job Summary
AX Hotels is looking for an E-Commerce Executive. This position is needed to actively support the planning, execution, and optimisation of the company’s digital and e-commerce strategies. The role focuses on strengthening the company’s online presence and driving revenue growth through innovative digital initiatives.
The candidate will leverage their passion for e-commerce, technology, and digital marketing to enhance technical skills, conduct market research, and propose and execute effective tactics that keep the company competitive
Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Co-ordinate, execute and test ongoing web optimisation projects and new dev projects that may arise from time to time.
- Help deploy successful digital campaigns inclusive of Google Ads, Facebook, Display Assets etc.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels.
- Be actively involved in SEO/AEO efforts (keyword research, Schema, FAQs etc.)
- Provide creative ideas for the content strategy and update company websites and manage day to day content uploading.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and their distribution, as required.
- Assist with increasing, maintaining and improving segmentation of customer email databases.
- Collaborate with other teams/designer/agency to improve user experience.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics/Audit tools.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Conduct research, analysis and reporting within the e-commerce, consumer behaviour and customer profile sphere as required.
- Assist with admin work that may arise from time to time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- MQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification required
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with Wordpress, Schema, Keyword Research/Prompt & Audit tools and Mailchimp.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics and similar.
- Project management skills and abilities are required.
- Knowledge in content strategy and search/answer engine optimisation.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great visual communication.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
