Job Summary
At Hilltop Gardens, part of AX Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are currently seeking a detail-driven and proactive HR Administrator (Part-Time) to support our HR team and help deliver a positive and organised employee experience.
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the HR function. You will manage employee records, support recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, while building strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating employee records in line with company policies and legislation
- Supporting recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and applicant tracking
- Managing HR documentation, files, and internal databases
- Organising employee training records and updating HR systems
- Assisting with general HR administration, correspondence, and internal communication
- Ensuring all HR documentation is compliant and up to date
- Supporting daily HR activities and contributing to a positive employee experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of office experience, ideally in HR Administration
- Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, and confident in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of BI tools or HR systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
