Job Summary
At AX Group, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations across our hospitality portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving cost efficiency, supplier excellence, and consistency across multiple hotel units.
As Procurement Manager, you will oversee all procurement activities across AX Group’s hotels—including Food & Beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational supplies. You will play a critical role in supplier negotiations, cost optimisation, and ensuring consistent procurement standards across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Leading procurement activities across all units and ensuring alignment across departments
- Developing and implementing cost-saving strategies and supplier optimisation plans
- Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to drive value
- Monitoring stock levels, contracts, and supply continuity across the group
- Ensuring consistency in pricing, procurement processes, and AX branded items
- Analysing procurement data to identify efficiencies and performance improvements
- Leading purchasing teams and coordinating monthly procurement meetings
- Collaborating closely with General Managers, Heads of Department, and senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MQF Level 6) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain within hospitality or multi-unit environments
- Strong experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimisation
- Solid understanding of F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational procurement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive efficiencies across multiple units
- Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement tools, and Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive alignment across multiple properties
