House Attendant

Job Summary

AX Care is looking to hire a House Attendant to help maintain a comfortable, tidy, and welcoming environment for residents, patients, visitors, and staff. This role supports the overall atmosphere of Hilltop Gardens by keeping shared spaces and rooms well‑presented and cared for. The focus is on consistency, attention to detail, and contributing to a calm and pleasant setting throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas according to established policies and procedures.
• Perform daily cleaning of rooms, storage areas, offices, corridors, stairs, treatment rooms, reception, and public spaces.
• Carry out periodic heavy‑cleaning tasks when required.
• Check and report any room discrepancies.
• Replenish supplies and amenities in rooms.
• Transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Support a customer‑focused environment by delivering consistent service.
• Greet residents, patients, and visitors, responding to concerns or requests and ensuring follow‑up.
