Concierge

Job Summary

Rosselli AX Privilege is looking to hire a service‑oriented Concierge who will act as the first point of contact for our guests within the Front Office team and you will be reporting to the Front Office Manager. This role helps create a refined, welcoming, and seamless arrival experience, offering personalised assistance and thoughtful support throughout each guest’s stay. The focus is on presence, communication, and delivering the level of care expected in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, events, and other activities.
• Provide accurate information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
• Maintain a strong presence at the entrance and lobby, offering proactive assistance.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to relevant teams.
• Maintain an updated database of local vendors, attractions, and services.
• Record guest requests, feedback, and service outcomes.
• Handle complaints or emergencies with discretion and efficiency.
• Offer personalised solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with butler‑style services including ironing, shoe polishing, porterage, and luggage unpacking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a guest‑facing hospitality role, ideally as a Concierge or Front Desk Agent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are a strong asset.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Familiarity with online booking tools and concierge platforms.
• Friendly, approachable, and solution‑oriented.
• Impeccable grooming and a polished appearance.
