Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and monitor maintenance related tasks.
• Prepare weekly schedules.
• Oversee the team’s performance and report to the Maintenance Manager accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet their maintenance and renovation needs.
• Keeping up to date and in line with all Health and Safety regulations, required by law
• Assist in reducing energy consumption costs.
• Manage and assist contractors and service providers.
• Lead and assist the duty maintenance team and other hotel service trades.
• Ensure that all administration processes are according to the previously agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• A good standard of education
• Possession of Licence A & B
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with HVAC systems.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Computer literate
  
• Knowledge of BMS would be considered an asset.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment will be considered an asset.
• Maltese driving licence will be considered an asset.
