Celebrating a Culture of Learning: AX Academy Achievers’ Day
At AX Group, we believe that learning is one of the most powerful investments we can make in our people. It enables individuals to grow professionally, build confidence, embrace new challenges and contribute more effectively to the success of the business. This commitment to learning led to the launch of AX Academy Achievers’ Day, bi-annual event dedicated to recognising and celebrating employees who have demonstrated a commitment to their personal and professional development.
What started as a pilot project earlier this year has now grown into the second edition of AX Academy Achievers’ Day, hosted last week by AX Group’s CEO, Michael Warrington, Head of HR, Caroline Zammit and Training & Development Manager, Viktoriia Stepanova. The event brought together employees from across the Group who successfully completed their learning journeys throughout the first half of the year. It recognised both self-driven learning achievements and development opportunities supported by the company. In addition to celebrating their accomplishments, our learners had the opportunity to reflect on the insights they gained and the challenges they encountered, while exchanging views how these experiences contribute to team performance and organisational success.
AX Academy Achievers’ Day is more than an awards ceremony; it is a celebration of curiosity, commitment, and a shared drive to keep growing. By recognising colleagues who invest in their development, we aim to encourage more employees to explore new learning opportunities and take further steps forward their professional development.
