Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resources Executive to play a vital role in our HR operations. Under the guidance of the Head of Human Resources for AX Hotels, the selected candidate will drive the administration and execution of HR responsibilities. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be at the forefront of HR operations, responsible for overseeing and executing a range of essential duties. You will collaborate closely with department heads, fostering open communication and providing valuable assistance to all employees for their HR-related needs. Your role will encompass maintaining accurate records, updating databases, addressing employee queries, and ensuring seamless administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations to uphold efficient functioning.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees on various HR matters.
- Foster open communication with department heads to address organizational needs.
- Handle employee-related administrative tasks with diligence.
- Maintain comprehensive task logs to ensure consistency and preparedness.
- Update internal databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR-related concerns.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate actions.
- Support in-house training program preparations as needed.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Health, Hygiene, and Fire Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating company/unit events, promoting staff engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Display professionalism, maturity, and a smart demeanor.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming standards.
- Display flexibility in working hours to accommodate organizational needs.
- Possess the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate fluently in the English language.
