Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Attendant ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in various settings, including hotels, hospitals, and residential facilities, by adhering to established standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, storage areas, offices, corridors, stairs, waiting rooms, treatment rooms, reception, and public areas as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper, following Hilltop Gardens' policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning as required.
- Physically inspect and report on discrepant rooms as necessary.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities as needed.
- Safely transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Ensure the department consistently delivers exceptional customer service and maintains a guest-centric approach.
- Greet patients, residents, and guests warmly, addressing concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
